Rental of office and meeting rooms

• GDC's house rules must be followed by all tenants and their guests.

• The rooms are available for rent Mon-Fri 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., rental requests outside of these times by separate agreement.

• The tenant is obliged to register the guests and is responsible for the guests invited based on the data center's physical security guidelines.

• The use of GDC premises is based on the principle that other users and guests will not be disturbed.

• The tenant must hand over the premises in an orderly manner in the condition prior to the use of the premises (put the chairs back in their places, clean the used dishes and/or take them to the dishwasher in the common kitchen). *

• Cancellation requests must be received in writing no later than 24 hours before the booked time.

• Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is prohibited on the premises and territory of GDC. Smoking is permitted outside GDC grounds in designated outdoor smoking area.

• Consumption and being under the influence of alcoholic beverages on GDC premises and territory are prohibited.

• Pets are not allowed on GDC premises.

• Visitor parking is available in the designated parking area outside the GDC's territory.

• There is no catering establishment on the territory of GDC, the nearest places to eat are in Hüüru and Veskimöldre Keskus, the nearest supermarkets are Astangu Rimi and Roo Prisma.

*The tenant is responsible for the prudent use and preservation of the interior of the room. Broken/damaged/destroyed things must be compensated according to the purchase price of a new, equivalent thing, including the need for additional cleaning due to damage to the room according to the price list of the cleaning service.
